USD is the base service-price currency. Currency conversion uses Frankfurter reference rates when available. Converted amounts are estimates, not fixed local-currency quotes. The US$2,000 limit applies to monthly package service fees; the full annual commitment can exceed US$2,000 and is displayed before enquiry. Taxes and third-party costs are excluded.

What does “two resources” mean?
It means two people allocated the hours shown—for example, one developer for 24 hours and one basic tester for 8 hours totals 32 hours per month. It does not mean two full-time employees or two 160-hour allocations.
How is yearly cheaper than monthly?
Monthly packages receive 10% off their standard monthly service fee. Yearly packages receive 15% off that same standard fee for 12 months, paid annually. Discounts do not stack. The yearly monthly-equivalent price is lower than the discounted monthly price; the full annual payment is shown separately.
Can I change the team, seniority or hours?
Yes. The builder recalculates whenever you change an allowed role, seniority, number of people or hours per person. It rejects changes above the US$2,000 standard monthly ceiling and keeps your previous selection. Resource availability and suitability must still be confirmed.
What happens to unused hours or additional requests?
Hours reset each month and do not roll over. All meetings, development, testing and handovers use the selected hours. Additional work requires a separately approved quote. Response windows, cancellations and refund terms are agreed in writing before any payment.
Are software licences and full implementations included?
No. These are Vlightsoft service fees, not vendor subscriptions. Licences, hosting, domains, AI usage and taxes are separate. Large implementations, migrations and regulated assurance require a separate scope; they are not promised within a small monthly allowance.
What happens when I request a package?
Your selected product, professions, seniority, hours, billing period and price are copied into the enquiry form. Add your business context and submit from a verified account. We confirm a written proposal; submitting the form does not create a booking or charge.
